To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Service for your internal business purposes within the limits of your subscription plan.

You agree to pay all applicable fees related to your use of the Service in accordance with the subscription plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
All fees will be billed to the credit card or other payment methods such as EFT or cheque provided by you. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@skillgrader.com. Upon cancellation, you will not be entitled to any refunds of prepaid fees.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the property of the Company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall the Company, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.
